A little bit about Judy and Jack . . .

    Judy and Jack are blessed with two children and five grandchildren. Moving from San Jose, California way back in 1977, they have lived in South Dakota and Nebraska, but now call Eugene-Springfield and Lane County, Oregon their home!

    Jack worked in military and civilian law enforcement before honorably retirning after 16 & 1/2 years in 1979.  Judy was a stay at home mom for 10-years. She laughs . . . I raised our kids, baked cookies and tried to raise Jack ? Two out three isn't so bad!

    Judy and Jack began their real estate careers as most people do who enter the industry, without a clue! Over time, they gained experience, continue their ongoing education and strive to provide their clients with quality service and representation.

    It is estimated the Thomas' have directly assisted buyers and sellers finalize 1,800 to 2,000 transactions between them, in more than two decades of real estate service.

    Judy and Jack have successfully worked with employees of Levi Strauss, PSC Scanning, Nike, Molecular Probes (Invitrogen Corp.), Michelin Tires, U.S. Army, Western Title and Escrow, Western Pioneer Title and Escrow (First American Title), Umpqua Bank as well as many individuals with no corporate ties at all.

    Jack says, We welcome the chance to be of service and have learned over the years to never take our business or our clients for granted.

 

    Other personal achievements - Judy completed a full-marathon run, (26 miles, 385 yards, non-stop) "Avenue of the Giants", Weott, CA (Northern CA), 1985; she earned the prestigous Century 21 International CENTURION award over four continuous years, placing in the top 110 agents for sales production worldwide; was recognized in REAL TRENDS "Who's Who" In Residential Real Estate In North America, 1995; in 2005 was distinguished among her peers by RE/MAX Pacific Northwest Region, as Outstanding Broker/Manager of the Year (out of 150 brokerages in four states-Oregon, Washington, Idaho & Montana). And as a professional milestone in her outstanding real estate career, RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL honored Judy with the prestigious - Outstanding INTERNATIONAL Broker/Manager of the Year - 2005. Selected from among 6,521 RE/MAX affiliate offices worldwide, the award was presented at the RE/MAX International - Annual Summer Conference, Washington D.C., August, 2006.

 

    Jack is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, B.A., with honors in 1976 (Public Service & Complex Organizations); he has earned national and international professional real estate designations, is a member of the Eugene REALTORS Million Dollar Club, RE/MAX International Sales Club and 2008/2009 Chair for the Oregon Association of REALTORS-International Business Council's Advisory Board. February 2008 Jack was inducted into REMAX INTERNATIONAL, INC., HALL OF FAME for his significant contributions to the Network's success.

 

    Jack says, we never could have accomplished what we have without the guidance, patience and assistance from so many others, who have been so gracious and helpful along the way. But we are not foolish enough to think we have "arrived"; we are still a "work" in progress.
